Let’s take a swim down the historical waters of The Adriatic Sea. During olden, Roman era, an Illyrian  TRIBE  called Dalmatæ. As legend has it, the name inspired a regional sector east; known as Dalmatia. In modern-day Croatia is the province of said territory. Many lightyears later. And voilà  DALMATIANS were trailblazing aftermath! (In modern-day Croatia is the province of said territory~ Dalmatia.)

Famous for their spotted fur coats, Dalmatians have been documented of having approx. 15 different colour variations. From Black ‘n White, Liver Brown, Lemon, Orange, Tan, Ice-Gray, Brindle, Blue…. Yadda·Yadda·Yadda! Major brownie-bone point here is: The Dals’ are stupefying

Dezra Dalmatian

Known for having job security, as Firefighters deemed Dalmatians to be their legendary, harry, mascot. For centuries on end, a great deal of responsibility was left in the paws of the spotty K9’s. B4 the roaring sound of horse-powered engines, actual Horses were the chosen transportation, to get around. When there was word of a fiery outbreak, Dalmatians would be the first set of eyes-and-ears. Their heighten sensibility would be used to guide the heroic firefighters & horses to the danger zone. Altogether, each of them animals and man working to combat “Risky Business.”  

BAER is an acronym (which means a short abbreviation of a cluster of words),  that stands for: Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response. Dalmatians not all, but quite a few are prone to being or becoming Deaf in one or sometimes both ears. However, that doesn’t hinder their empowering strength! When not running uncounted miles, playing frisbee, shining their boisterous charm, along with performing “zoomies.”  DALS will DALLY away the glooms and become a Reigning Hound who blooms.
